We aim to offer support, guidance and practical
help in a way that ensures that the Rights, Dignity and Individuality
of each person are the foundation of the plans we develop and
agree.
We aim to provide a service that makes sense
to each individual and those who are significant in their lives.
We aim to offer a broad choice of activities
which respect cultural and local differences and that are age
appropriate.
We aim to be as flexible as possible to meet
individual preferences and will inform each individual if we feel
that their actions, choices or behaviour is placing them at risk.
