Complaints Procedure

Feedback is important to us, and we welcome constructive dialogue.

If you have a complaint about Streets Ahead, contact us by phone at our Hawick office on 01450 377924. If you prefer to use email, contact us on info@streets-ahead.org.uk.

We will then put you in touch with the appropriate manager, who will take details of your complaint. We will respond within five working days, to either update you on progress or share the outcome of our investigations.

If you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, you can contact our CEO at the Hawick office using the phone number provided above.
